RS Store Leather Care Products

SATA Spray Technology
We spray with SATA guns — German-engineered for consistent atomization across water- and solvent-based coatings. That precision is what gives every restored surface an even, factory-quality coat — no patchiness, no visible spray lines.
Omega Air Drying System
We run our spray work through an Omega Air A-DRY TAC200 adsorption dryer with an integrated activated carbon tower, part of their A-DRY 6-200 TAC range built for a low pressure dew point. The carbon tower separates oil vapor from the compressed air before it ever touches the leather — so the finish comes out clean, without dust or oil contamination.
Omega Air PP Pro Paint System
For on-site jobs, we bring an Omega Air PP series filtration system — built specifically for purifying compressed air of solid, liquid and partially gaseous contaminants. Three inline stages plus a regulator and gauge strip out dust, oil vapor and moisture before the air reaches the spray gun, protecting the equipment and keeping the same clean air supply as in the workshop, wherever the job is.
